Refund policy
Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
For the return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A sales receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Products sent without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please check your order immediately upon receipt; if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products
Certain product types are non-returnable, such as perishable items (food, flowers, or plants), custom-ordered or personalized items, and personal care products (such as cosmetics). Returns of products containing hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases are not accepted. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for discounted products and gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to get the product you are looking for is to return both products you have and purchase the new product as a separate order after the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In addition to the above, if the products are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As in the previous case, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. A sales receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Returns
We will inform you when we receive and inspect your return; we will let you know whether the return has been approved or not. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to the method you used for payment within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
